It all started when two undergraduate met during their study at the University of New Orleans in the late 90's and become best of friends, a NOLA native and a Phillies native. Both sharing the same passion for food, dining, and great times.
Cajun Heroes’ flavors are inspired by Captain Bill Seafood Market in the New Orleans lower ninth ward district, four miles away from the famous historic New Orleans French Quarter.
The Lower Ninth ward was hit hardest by Hurricane Katrina, Unfortunately, the little seafood market was submerged and destroyed by the flood water from the levee breach.
Decades later, the friends have joined forces in Philadelphia to bring back the flavors that was long lost. They’ve added their own flair and personal touch to bring you the Cajun Heroes menu so come and taste New Orleans!
